Our client, a leading offshore law firm, is looking to recruit an ambitious and personable Associate into its Funds and Corporate Real Estate practice within the Jersey office.

The firm’s corporate group, one of the largest in the Channel Islands, is a cornerstone of its global offering. Renowned for its award-winning service, the team advises leading financial institutions, investment funds, private equity houses, multinational corporations, sovereign wealth funds and high-net-worth individuals on some of the most cutting-edge transactions in the offshore world.

Requirements:

Commonwealth-qualified lawyer with 4–6 years’ PQE.
Experience in corporate funds and corporate real estate transactions (the latter highly advantageous).
Strong academic background with excellent technical and drafting skills.
Ambition to handle a wide range of complex, cross-border transactions.
