Opening and closing files, onboarding clients, and ensuring compliance is met
Preparing Land Registry and Companies House applications
Drafting and proofreading leases, contracts, and other legal documents
Ordering property searches and retrieving official Land Registry documents
Preparing stamp duty land tax submissions
Managing diaries, updating clients, and chasing third parties to keep matters moving
Maintaining accurate case records and meeting key deadlines
Getting involved in supervised fee-earning work if you're looking to progress

What we're looking for

At least 2 years' experience in real estate property work (residential experience also considered)
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple matters
A client-focused mindset with great communication skills
