Job Title: Estate Manager
Salary: £55,000- £65,000 + Package
Working Hours: Monday -Friday 8:00am- 17:00pm.
My client, a prestigious property manager, investor and developer are looking for an Estate Manager to join the close-knit team in Central London, looking after a portfolio of properties both commercial and retail. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference and enhance your professional growth!

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

Day to day management of units in the assigned area
Managing and leading the onsite operational teams to provide the highest levels of service to all stakeholders
Ensuring a high quality and safe environment throughout all areas of the complex
Communicating and engaging with tenants, site staff, contractors and consultants to continuously improve the efficiency, quality and value of the complex
Creating service charge and non-recoverable budgets
Ensure soft and hard services contracts are delivered to the highest standards
Ensuring health and safety, fire safety and compliance are kept to the highest standards
Leading, encouraging and motivating the on-site team

Must have :

Previous facilities environment experience
Highly organised and punctual
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
A keen problem solver
Client facing
Strong administration and excellent IT skills
IOSH

Good to have but not essential:

NEBOSH
