Commercial Property Paralegal Part Time

Our client a multi office high street firm of solicitors are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property paralegal on a part time basis three days per week. You will possess experience of both Commercial and Residential Property.

The Role

Experience in dealing with conveyancing searches
Land Registry searches and other property- related administration including producing engrossments
You will be handling exchanges and completions
Post exchange completions

Experience required

A Minimum of 2 years’ experience in both Commercial and Residential Property as you will be working unsupervised on occasions
Experience of Leap case management system
Part time 3 days per week
Clear demonstratable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referrer relationships
Possess good technical property experience
Excellent administration and organisational skills
