What we are looking for in our ideal Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer:

Recognised formal training attaining the relevant craft qualification, NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
ACS Qualifications CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
UNVENTED qualifications are desirable but not essential
Understanding of gas legislation
Full driving license
Understanding of Health and Safety and working to best practice
Ability to manage own time and workload
Experience of working with the public, demonstrating excellent customer service and having flexibility

Your Role:

Service, repair, and maintain domestic heating systems
Follow Gas Safe regulations and Liberty’s safety procedures
Take part in call-outs and overtime
Use your PDA to report work and incidents
Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure safety
Work flexibly across different property types and customer needs

What We Need from You:

ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
NVQ Level 2/3 in a relevant craft (or equivalent)
Unvented qualification (desirable)
Full UK driving licence
Knowledge of gas legislation and Health & Safety
Excellent time management and customer service skills
Flexible, proactive approach
