Structadene Limited, a well-established property investment company with a diverse UK portfolio of over 800 commercial and residential properties, is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Administrator to join our Central London team.

This is a pivotal support role within our Commercial Property Management department—ideal for someone with a solid background in property administration and a keen eye for detail.

What you will do.

* Support day-to-day admin for a large commercial property portfolio
* Manage utilities: account openings, closures, and ongoing supplier liaison
* Raise and track purchase orders (POs) and coordinate with contractors
* Handle contractor documentation, insurance, and health & safety compliance
* Maintain compliance records, and accurate property files
* Liaise with tenants, contractors, accounts, and property managers
* Use property systems to support the delivery of efficient management services

What you will need
✔ Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial property administration
✔ Strong understanding of contractor coordination, and property documentation
✔ Experience with MRI Horizon and/or Vantify systems is highly desirable
✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✔ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
✔ A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritise tasks independently
