An excellent opportunity for an experienced, well presented, customer service driven Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join an independent estate agent based in Bromley.

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Benefits
• IRO: £35,000 - Negotiable depending on experience
• 5 days/week. 9am – 5pm. Expected to cover Saturdays
• Company pension scheme? Yes auto-enrol.

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Duties and responsibilities
• Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage customer enquiries
• Encourage second viewings; offers etc where appropriate
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Arrange and attend to property viewings
• Assist with property valuations – if experienced
• Secure offers and lead negotiations
• Support the wider team
• Maintain and manage accurate administrative records
• Encourage and generate new business
Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Requirements
• Previous experience essential
• Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• Solid IT skills
• Well spoken and well presented
• Excellent organisational skills, and punctuality is of upmost importance
