1. Actively contribute to the integrated delivery, improvement,
management and performance of the legal advice provided in
all aspects of residential and general property related
matters (and potentially other matters which sit within the
team), commissioning and managing activity within the
council and with partners and externally as required.
2. Provide clear, professional legal advice on all residential
property matters, identifying potential risks in transactions.
