We are currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Weekend Assistant to support our busy office on Saturdays.
The Role:
As a Weekend Assistant, you will play an important part in the smooth running of the office during the weekend. You will be responsible for providing general administrative support and offering a professional and welcoming first impression to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering telephone calls and directing enquiries
Greeting clients and visitors in the office
Managing email correspondence and booking appointments
Assisting with data entry, filing, and other admin tasks
Updating property details and client records
Supporting the sales and lettings team with general office duties
The Ideal Candidate:
Friendly and professional with excellent communication skills
Well-organised and reliable
Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable with general IT systems
Able to work independently and use initiative
Previous admin or office experience is desirable but not essential
