Real Estate Solicitor – Guildford

A Legal 500-ranked Real Estate Team in Guildford is looking to hire an Experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join its busy team.
It has a lot of work to keep you busy, great lawyers you can work alongside from top city firms and produce excellent quality work as a Real Estate Solicitor.

Work-life balance is essential, so flexibility around working from home and working hours is available.

Last year, I placed a Partner and Senior Associate into this team. Both have provided excellent feedback and the Senior Associate has been promoted.

Your high-quality caseload will include:
- Leases
- Acquisitions and Disposals
- Property Finance
- Redevelopments

- Portfolios

To be successful with your application you must:
- Have excellent experience with Commercial Property/Real Estate
- Be 7+ PQE as a Solicitor or CILEX/Legal Executive

- Have good academic results
