Commercial Real Estate Partner
Location: London
Salary: £120,000 - £160,000 per annum (DOE)
We are supporting a modern, forward-thinking UK law firm known for their innovative approach to commercial real estate. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Partner with expertise in Landlord and Tenant matters to join this teams London office.
This is an exciting opportunity to take a leadership role in our real estate practice, advising landlords, tenants, and developers on complex transactions and disputes. You will play a key role in shaping the firm’s growth, leveraging your technical expertise and client relationships to expand their presence in the market.
The Role
- Lead on high-value Landlord and Tenant transactions, advising on leases, rent reviews, dilapidations, lease renewals, and landlord-tenant disputes.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and expanding the firm’s commercial real estate practice.
- Provide strategic input into the firm’s real estate growth plan, helping to enhance brand presence and market positioning.
- Collaborate with legal technology teams to explore innovative solutions that improve service delivery.
- Mentor and develop junior solicitors, fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
About You
- UK-qualified solicitor with 10+ years PQE in Commercial Real Estate.
- A proven track record in Landlord and Tenant matters, with experience handling complex lease negotiations, asset management, and property litigation issues.
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to attract new clients and grow the firm’s real estate offering.
- A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, keen to play a key role in shaping the practice.
- A strong interest in legal technology and innovation, helping to drive efficiencies in service delivery.
