Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow the residential sales department
* Drive performance through mentoring and motivation
* Conduct market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions
* Negotiate offers and manage sales progression

* Maintain strong relationships with landlords, vendors and buyers
* Report to senior management on KPIs and branch performance
Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in residential sales
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Leadership or team management experience preferred
* Excellent knowledge of the local property market
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
