- Conducting property inspections and handling end-of-tenancy procedures
- Managing deposit returns, disputes and tenancy renewals
- Keeping accurate records and managing workload through CRM software
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in residential property management is essential
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and industry compliance
- Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to build strong relationships with clients and tenants
- A professional and well-presented individual who takes pride in delivering outstanding service
- Full UK driving licence and own transport required
