Quinn London are seeking a Social Value Advisor to support our Social Value Manager in delivering Social Value across all of our projects.. . This role is based in either our Head Office in London Mill Hill, or our Central London office in Soho.. . . Responsibilities:. . Delivering and managing social value plans and responsible business initiatives with our clients and project teams.. . Recording of social value and equality & diversity initiatives.. . Reporting on social value impact using a profit value calculator and trackers to deliver company level targets against set KPIs at both project and board level.. . . Duties: Delivering and managing social value across the business:. . Deliver project activities related to Social Value, Equality and Diversity.. . Working with project management team to implement social value plans at project level.. . Closely monitor the implementation of social plan with regular liaison on site.. . Proactively work with the head of social value and external bodies to deliver social value initiatives and ideas.. . Work with onsite teams to develop a best practise solution for implementing social value on site.. . Implementing and leading on school engagement and charitable engagement alongside project team and social value.. . Supporting the Head of Social Value with the administration of Social Value Activity.. . Liaising with divisional contracts managers as well as RLO Manager about upcoming events and initiatives.. . Supporting Marketing to create SV case studies and forward planning social value calendar with Marketing executive.. . Research community groups and charities to understand the need for each project. . Championing Quinn’s volunteering scheme.. . Coordinate work placements within the office and ensuring that all H&S and Risk Assessments are carried out to a high standard.. . Obtaining regular communication with community stakeholders and school partners and internal teams.. . Recording of social value and equality & diversity initiatives on each project. . Implementation of a best practice solution for recording social value at site level and create content for marketing and case studies.. . Update and execute social value reporting trackers at site level to ensure that all deadlines are hit, and we achieve social value targets for the project.. . Experience & Skills:. . 5 Years in construction industry or relevant role within social value/ community engagement.. . Good time management.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills.. . Ability to deliver presentations to small groups.. . Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.. . Ability to network and build relationships with stakeholders.. . Ability to input, analyse and present data in an informative and engaging manner.. . A commitment to equality and diversity and its application. . Ability to prioritise tasks.. .
