Role Overview
As a Property Consultant, you will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, renting, or investing in Dubai’s real estate market. You’ll be supported by industry-leading training, fresh qualified leads, and full marketing and administrative backing.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in real estate transactions, whether buying, selling, or renting properties.
- Understand clients' needs, preferences, and financial considerations to provide personalized advice.
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine the value of properties
- Provide clients with accurate and competitive pricing recommendations.
- Assist sellers in preparing and listing their properties for sale.
- Create marketing materials, such as property listings, photos, and virtual tours.
- Utilize various marketing channels to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
- Assist buyers in identifying properties that meet their criteria.
- Arrange and conduct property showings for potential buyers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for both buyers and sellers.
- Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other necessary documents.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry, including other agents, mortgage brokers, and real estate attorneys.
- Educate clients about current market conditions, financing options, and the overall process of buying or selling a property.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the real estate transaction.
- Stay informed about changes in real estate laws, regulations, and market trends through ongoing education.
- Effectively manage time and workload to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
Requirements- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (real estate preferred but not required)
- UAE driver’s license and access to a car (preferred)
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, or Hindi are a plus
- Well-presented, confident, and results-driven
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism
