The Role:This is a dynamic and varied position, offering exposure to high-value matters that are central to the firm's success. You'll work across a broad spectrum of real estate transactions, with a particular focus on:

Residential and commercial development
Landlord and tenant matters
Property finance

What We're Looking For:I'm keen to hear from lawyers with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in real estate. Equally important is a proactive mindset and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues across all levels of the team.Key Requirements:

Strong experience in real estate law
A team-oriented attitude and willingness to support others
Ability to commute to the Newcastle city centre office
Comfortable with hybrid working arrangements
