The Go To Team Executive is the welcoming face of the site, engaging with colleagues and guests to create a positive and personalised workplace experience.
Job Description
As Go To Executive, you will ensure the office environment is safe, clean, and comfortable while promptly handling enquiries and providing first-line technical support.
Trained as a First Aider and Fire Marshal, they play a key role in maintaining safety standards.
In addition, the host manages car park access, monitors parking space usage, oversees digital lockers, EV bays, and e-bike spaces, and supports loading bay coordination.
This role is essential in ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient site operations at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with colleagues to understand and meet their ISS & client service needs.
Ensure colleagues feel welcome and supported in a friendly, professional, and engaging way.
Communicate proactively with the Workplace team and other service groups to promote a ‘one team’ culture.
Conduct campus/building tours for new employees and visitors with a positive attitude and accurate information.
Complete daily and monthly checklists to maintain workspace quality and support performance improvements.
Assist with booking and delivering hospitality services for meetings and events in coordination with relevant teams.
Manage car park access and conduct regular audits to ensure smooth operation of parking, digital lockers, EV bays, and e-bike parking.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Experience in customer service with Blue Chip or high-touch clients
Proven record of delivering excellent customer service
Ability to work effectively within a strong team environment
Proficient with technology and the full Microsoft Office suite
First Aid and Fire Marshall training advantageous
Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of property management and Condeco systems beneficial
