Property Manager - Brixton

Up to £35,000 basic

Monday to Friday

Driving License required

We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to work with a highly respected Estate Agent in South West London. This is a terrific opportunity for someone to progress their career and join a company where you use their experience to take on more responsibility in a highly professional and friendly environment.

You will have a busy and varied role.

Your tasks will include but not be limited to the below:

Looking after Residential London properties
Carry out the day-to-day operations of the property management side of the business.
Provide direct communication with and assistance to tenants and landlords.
Respond directly and immediately to property-related issues as they arise effectively.
Deal with registration and compliance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport with all clients
Using software’s such as outlook, OneDrive, Jupix, FixFlo

You will also have worked in a similar role before and have a good understanding of what is required of a professional Property Manager.
