Your Role as Property Manager;

You’ll be the first point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring properties are well-maintained and tenancies run smoothly. Key responsibilities include:

Managing residential lettings and tenancy issues
Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and compliance
Handling check-ins, quarterly inspections, and check-outs
Keeping landlords and tenants informed and satisfied
Recommending upgrades and overseeing refurbishments
Ensuring accurate records on the CRM system and regulatory compliance

What We’re Looking for in the Property Manager

1+ year of property management experience ( private residential lettings)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confidence dealing with tenants, contractors, and landlords
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Full UK driving licence required
