You can expect to work alongside experienced partners on an impressive range of real estate work, particularly residential-led development and strategic land. The team also advises on

Commercial and mixed-use developments
Regeneration and investment projects
Natural capital and environmental solutions (biodiversity net gain, water and nutrient neutrality)
Agricultural matters (contentious and non-contentious)

The successful candidate will get stuck into high-profile, complex matters from day one, with real opportunities to build relationships with well-known clients and make your mark.

Requirements

A strong interest in real estate development and a commercial mindset
Solid experience in residential or commercial development, or wider commercial property work
Around 1-4 years' PQE
Energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to build client relationships and your own profile
