Senior Valuer – Estate Agency for the Mid / North Cornwall area with an Excellent Basic of £25-30,000 Commission with a 6-Month Guarantee

We’re looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Senior Valuer to join a well-established brand in a forward-thinking estate agency covering the beautiful Mid / North Cornwall area dealing with middle to upper end properties. About the Role

Carry out market appraisals to win instructions and negotiate fees with vendors.
Conduct viewings, actively selling the property and ensure feedback is received.
Obtain and negotiate offers on properties to achieve the best price and close property sales for our clients.
Maximise income through referrals – property, currency, staging and styling, removals and search agents.
Progress sales by liaising with other agents, solicitors, finance companies, surveyors to overcome objections and issue to ensure a smooth and timely sale completion.
Actively work with the other staff to match applicants with properties (there are internal as well as external referral fees)

Develop the business by:

Managing and nurturing leads received and generated, to win instructions.
Use all the available channels of communication including CRM system, email, phone and social media to generate leads and viewings (using branded materials and channels provided).
Carrying out local instruction prospecting.
Developing relationships with local high value clients through local networking.
Other local marketing activity as agreed with the Director.
Contribute to the overall development of the Mid / North Cornwall business through learning and networking with Associates and Agents in other areas.
Proactively seek out opportunities to improve personal performance and skills.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Valuer or Senior Negotiator ready to step up and work independently
A keen interest and desire for business development
Strong knowledge of the Mid / North Cornwall property market
Confident, target-driven, and customer-focused
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
