Building Surveyor - Manchester

A highly supportive and rewarding Building Consultancy are now looking for a confident and ambitious Building Surveyor, to join their Central Manchester team (short walk from Victoria station)

The successful Building Surveyor will be highly encouraged into the Commercial Real Estate world, supporting landlords and tenants with their properties.

The Building Surveyor role

If you are a Building Surveyor with experience within the professional services world, this would be perfect for you.

You will be providing dilapidation's reports, defect diagnosis, condition surveys, TDD and Party Wall matters. Additionally, all things project management/contract admin will be part of this Building Surveyor role.

The determined Building Surveyor will join a Chartered Surveying practice, who support a myriad of clients including, legal, retail and commercial clients. No two clients will be the same.

What can the Building Surveyor bring?

Everyone is looking for MRICS right now, however if you are close in your APC or can down the experienced route, this will work too.

Experience in a commercial setting and handling professional services is exactly what this role needs.

BSc/MSc Building Surveying or Real Estate
2+ years' experience in a Building Surveyor role
Aspirations to become MRICS
Commercial sector awareness
HungryThe Building Surveyor will be supported by a team of 12 other Building Surveyors of different levels. This will include Chartered, Directors and Partners.

£40,000 - £45,000 salary
+ Travel allowance
+ Bonus from 10%-20%
