Role Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters
Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
Work independently with minimal supervision
Engage in business development and client relationship management
Handle some new build transactions (experience desirable)

What We’re Looking For:

UK-qualified solicitor with minimum 4 years PQE in residential property
Confident, proactive, and client-focused
Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail
Skilled in legal tech and case management systems
A team player who’s enthusiastic and self-motivated

What’s On Offer:

Salary between £60,000 -£65,000 per annum
