Key Responsibilities

Secure new lettings instructions by delivering accurate valuations and a high-quality listing experience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and local property owners.
Promote and market new instructions effectively to maximise interest and tenant enquiries.
Meet and exceed personal and branch targets in a competitive and rewarding environment.
Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and excellent local market knowledge.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in estate agency, ideally as a Lettings Lister, Lettings Negotiator, or Sales Negotiator looking to move into listings.
Demonstrated success in a target-driven or business development role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on customer service.
Confident, organised, and self-motivated with a proactive mindset.
Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
