Location: South Woodford | OTE: £45,000+ | Basic Salary: £22,500 – £25,000

We’re seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator who is hungry to win business, build strong client relationships, and maximise earnings with our generous commission structure. With a car allowance, bonus income, and genuine career progression – this is more than just a job, it's your future.
What you’ll be doing as a Lettings Negotiator:

Winning and generating new and repeat business through proactive outreach
Driving personal KPIs and exceeding targets
Promoting and monitoring online reviews to maintain a 5-star reputation
Innovating and delivering fresh service solutions to clients
Cross-selling Sales, Lettings, and Property Management services
Maintaining high service levels and accurate CRM reporting

What we’re looking for:

Proven success increasing market share – you know how to close deals
Strong negotiation and communication skills
A natural business winner with a passion for property
Confident with IT systems and a savvy social media user
A Full UK Driving Licence and own car is essential
Industry qualifications (NAEA, ARLA, NFOPP) are a bonus but not required
You’re ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated, and an excellent time manager

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8.45am – 6.00pm
Saturday: 9.45am – 4.00pm (5-day week with a weekday off)
