They are now seeking a driven and enthusiastic Commercial Property Legal Assistant to join their dynamic team in the London office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who is looking to build a career within commercial real estate law. The Role:As a Commercial Property Legal Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting fee earners within the Commercial Property department. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, including document management, diary coordination, and file maintenance
Drafting and formatting documents and ensuring files are accurate and up to date
Liaising with clients, managing correspondence, and assisting with the smooth running of transactions
Supporting the team with general paralegal duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a legal support or paralegal role within property or commercial law (1+ year preferred)
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
A confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative, professional attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for property law
