I am working with a Real Estate group who are an established name in Office Space. They have a global network of clients and partners who trust them to find the best spaces, at the best prices.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Commercial Manager / Surveyor to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to develop their expertise in commercial real estate, with a focus on corporate office leasing and property management. You will work closely with senior colleagues to support the delivery of leasing strategies, property valuations, and client services.

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing Support: Assist in the preparation of lease agreements and schedules for corporate office tenants.
Market Research: Conduct research on office market trends, rental values, and competitor activity to support leasing and acquisition strategies.
Property Inspections: Participate in property inspections and prepare reports on condition, suitability, and compliance.
Client Liaison: Support the management of client relationships, responding to queries and providing updates on leasing and property matters.
Administration: Maintain accurate records of leases, tenant correspondence, and property documentation.
Valuation Assistance: Assist with the preparation of valuations and financial models for office properties.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including property management, legal, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

Education: Degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 2 years of experience in commercial real estate, property management, or related roles.
Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a keen interest in commercial property.
Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
