A leading Legal 100 firm in the South East is looking for an ambitious solicitor to join its busy and respected Real Estate Dispute Resolution team. Working with a diverse client base across residential and commercial property sectors, you will gain hands-on experience with high-quality contentious work, guided by experienced partners and associates.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop a specialism in landlord and tenant disputes, leasehold management, development risk, and investment-related litigation in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Advising on a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes, including service charge recovery, lease interpretation, tenant default, right of first refusal, lease renewals, collective enfranchisement, and long leasehold management.
Assisting on more complex litigation and dispute resolution matters alongside experienced colleagues.
Drafting and negotiating pleadings, instructions to counsel, correspondence, and settlement documentation.
Managing your own caseload under supervision while meeting agreed billing and time recording targets.
Attending client meetings, hearings, and contributing to strategy discussions on complex matters.
Supporting the team's business development, knowledge sharing and training initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1-5PQE.
Previous experience in property litigation or general litigation with a property focus.
A solid grasp of key legislation including Housing Acts, Landlord and Tenant Acts, and the Landlord and Tenant (Covenants) Act 1995.
Commercial awareness and an ability to understand and align with client objectives.
Strong drafting and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive, collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in property litigation.
