This role supports two high-profile sectors - Aerospace & Defence and Real Estate - and is pivotal to delivering strategic, client-focused business development and marketing initiatives across global offices and product areas.
About the Role
You will drive the implementation of tailored go-to-market strategies, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and take ownership of initiatives that enhance client relationships and market presence. You will be responsible for client development, market and competitive analysis, campaign execution, cross-practice collaboration, event delivery, and performance reporting - all in support of business growth objectives.
This is a highly visible role that calls for leadership, insight, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the global client and marketing strategies for both sectors.
- Collaborate with practice and sector leaders to deliver cohesive, cross-office go-to-market campaigns.
- Oversee sector budgets, assess ROI, and ensure commercial discipline.
- Work with global teams to support must-win proposals and marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate flagship events and client engagement initiatives.
- Package and promote cross-sector expertise through compelling collateral and internal communications.
- Use market insights and business intelligence to spot client opportunities and support sector growth.
- Ensure visibility and preparedness for key client meetings, and drive cross-selling initiatives.
- Serve as the central point of contact for sector-related business development and marketing needs.
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience in business development or marketing, ideally within a professional services or law firm environment.
- Knowledge of or interest in the Aerospace & Defence or Real Estate sectors.
- Global perspective with an appreciation of different cultural and market contexts.
- A proven track record of developing and delivering strategic business plans and client campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to translate market opportunities into actionable plans.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with an eye for detail.
