Estate Management Administrator
Location: Earls Colne, Essex
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, office-based

Kingswood Group is pleased to be supporting a well-established and growing client based in Earls Colne in their search for a highly organised Estate Management Administrator. Key Responsibilities
- Support the wider administration team in achieving operational and service targets
- Uphold company values in all communications with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and procedures across all tasks
- Act as a key liaison between clients and approved contractors, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Administer insurance policies ? including logging new applications and maintaining existing records
- Manage inbound queries via phone and email in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain and update a live database of contractors and suppliers
- Assist in supplier vetting and compliance checks
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year?s experience in an administrative or customer service role (preferred)
- GCSE or equivalent education (essential)
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time-management
- Comfortable managing confidential information with discretion
- Positive, proactive attitude and a collaborative team player
- Full UK driving licence required
