You’ll be looking after a portfolio of around 160 residential properties, building trusted relationships with landlords and tenants, coordinating maintenance, and keeping everything compliant and running smoothly. If you’re proactive, organised, and solutions-focused, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years’ experience in Property Management
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Confidence managing a varied portfolio independently
- ARLA qualification is a plus - if not, we’ll support your training
