About the Role:
You’ll be advising on the property aspects of major renewables projects across Scotland and beyond. Expect to work on a wide range of technologies, including:
- Onshore and offshore wind
- Hydro and pumped storage hydro
- Solar and battery storage
- Biomass, district heating and tidal projects
You’ll be involved in:
- Drafting and negotiating leases, options and certificates of title
- Advising on the sale, purchase and financing of operational and development-stage projects
- Managing complex titles and rural land issues
- Supporting junior team members and collaborating with other departments
- Taking part in business development and client relationship work
What You’ll Need:
- 4+ years’ PQE in a real estate or rural property role
- Experience advising on renewable energy transactions
- Strong drafting, communication and project management skills
- A proactive, client-focused mindset
- Ability to support and supervise junior team members
