The Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ years PQE) with experience in Landlord & Tenant matters to join this thriving Real Estate team. You’ll manage a broad portfolio of commercial property work, with a particular focus on:
- Lease renewals and lease management
- Rent reviews, re-gears and relocations
- Property acquisitions and disposals
- Strategic lease structuring and negotiation
- Property refinancing and investment work
- Supporting business acquisitions, disposals and restructures
You’ll work closely with senior Real Estate Partners and be supported by a team of Legal Directors, Solicitors, Trainees and Paralegals. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, has strong commercial awareness and is looking to contribute to the growth of a dynamic practice.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years post-qualified experience (PQE) in commercial property law
- Strong expertise in landlord and tenant transactions
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills
- A proactive, collaborative and commercially minded approach
- An existing client following is welcome but not essential
