Our leading Real Estate Management client is seeking an Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis. Working from the central London office, you will play a key role in supporting the Property Management consultants, helping to drive administration support efficiencys (training provided)

GBP27:30k basic (depending on experience) + Benefits (regular reviews)
25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Birthday leave
Monday to Friday only : 37.5 hours per week

Duties Include

Managing internal systems and customer data
Organising tasks via CRM
Booking and coordinating contractors and projects
Supporting with customer support and phone
Providing support with budgets and cost allocations
Booking meetings, travel and events where needed
Drafting formal responses and letters
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and projects

Experience Needed

Work experience within the residential property sector or similar environment would be a benefit
Approachable and have the ability to build rapport both with internal stakeholders and external clients where needed
Proven administration experience including use of a CRM and MS applications e.g. basic excel, word, outlook etc...
Well:developed interpersonal and confident communication skills
Market knowledge / ability to research and gather data
Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
Good literate and numerical skills
Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
Good time management and organisational skills
Experience within a management support role or similar e.g. team administrator, PA or sales support
BSc or BA in Administration, business or sales would be an advantage but not essential
