Property Sales Consultant - Sutton ColdfieldI’m delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a fantastic estate agency with whom I have worked with for many years. They operate from one of the most desirable and affluent areas in Sutton Coldfield. With a well-established office and a reputation for excellence, this award-winning team offers a bespoke service through their department, covering premium homes across nearby villages and Staffordshire.They are now looking to expand their team with the addition of a Property Sales Consultant - someone personable, motivated, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.About the Role:This is a full-time position (including alternate Saturdays) where the successful candidate will play a vital role in driving the branch’s continued success. Duties will include:

Accompanying prospective buyers on property viewings
Handling offer negotiations with professionalism and care
Proactively canvassing and identifying new business opportunities
Supporting the wider team across a range of sales activities
