Position:
Job Title: Property Sales Progressor
Department: Sales & Transactions
Location: Chelsea Harbour, London
Reporting to: Head of Progression
Direct reports: None
Role Purpose
We are seeking a Property Sales Progressor to provide an excellent new homes sales service direct to purchasers from reservation to completion, ensuring effective communication and progression of sales within agreed time and income targets.
This role will involve overseeing the sales progression process, ensuring alignment with company goals, and implementing best practices to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
The successful candidate will need to be flexible, confident and approachable, capable of adapting their approach to achieve a comprehensive sales progression service and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Support the Head of Progression in delivering team targets and KPIs
- Progress an allocated caseload of new sales from application to sales completion
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to progress sales and build relationships
- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders and customers, including:
Effective call management
Effective email and task management
Ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely manner
- Any administrative duties commensurate with the role including:
Checking all sales documents for accuracy and approval
Checking financial documents for affordability
Submitting solicitor instructions
Submitting amendments
Approving mortgage offers
Processing completions
Carrying out audit checks
- Keep internal and external databases updated and keep accurate live progression and forecasting notes
- Generate and use reports effectively to provide updates and manage workload
- Agile approach moving between different sale types and tasks on an as-needed basis
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to adapt strategies accordingly
Requirements:
Person Specification Capabilities And Experience
The candidate will have:
- Minimum of 1-years’ experience of property sales progression within the shared ownership sector
- Enthusiastic, organised, and systematic with a good work ethic
- Caring and Patient with good problem-solving skills and excellent customer service
- Able to work under own initiative and work under pressure to achieve tight timescales
- Proven experience of achieving sales completion targets within a residential environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate complex information effectively
- Strong influencing and networking skills, with proven ability to work with others to achieve results
- Demonstrated commitment to change and continuous improvement
- Ability to develop innovative ways to improve service delivery in area of responsibility
- Sound numeracy, analytical and project management skills
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a positive and enthusiastic approach

Salary And Benefits
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Hours of work: Full-time 39 hours per week with the ability to work up to 60 days a year home working. In this role, we expect there to be a degree of travel and flexibility, with some evening and weekend working, as necessary.
Holiday: 25 days a year plus English Bank Holidays
