About the Role
We are seeking a recent graduate with a genuine interest in the property sector, eager to develop their skills and gain first-hand experience in luxury residential property management.
This internship provides comprehensive, hands-on training across all areas of residential property management, including tenant liaison, compliance, maintenance coordination, and client communication. You will work closely with our experienced team, receive ongoing mentorship, and be given the opportunity to gradually manage your own portfolio of properties.
No prior property experience is required — only a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day property management operations and respond to tenant enquiries.
- Conduct inspections of vacant and managed properties, preparing detailed reports.
- Support the preparation of properties for letting, including furnishing, compliance checks, and snagging.
- Liaise with estate agents and assist with tenancy documentation.
- Coordinate utility setups and assist with non-resident landlord tax returns.
- Arrange and oversee maintenance works, liaising with contractors.
- Manage general administrative duties and assist with office operations.
- Attend property-related networking or marketing events, as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Property, Business, or related field preferred).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and professional approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the London property market is advantageous.
- Experience dealing with high-net-worth clients is beneficial but not essential.
