Our client situated in Sale is currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support with typing of documents

A prestigious law firm with over 250 years of experience, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services. They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join their residential property team on a temporary basis.

What You'll Do:
As a Legal Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting a leading partner.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Drafting and preparing legal documents with precision.
Audio dictation
Managing correspondence and maintaining organised filing systems and updating records on Proclaim
Assisting Partner with general support
Coordinating appointments and scheduling meetings to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:

Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within residential property / real estate law
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Proclaim
