Key Responsibilities -
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings and client appointments.
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist in preparing and updating property listings and marketing materials.
- Manage and organise office correspondence and filing systems.
- Support directors with administrative tasks and calendar management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property details.
- Assist with social media updates and online marketing efforts.
- Prepare reports and presentations for team meetings.
- Liaise with clients to gather and verify property information.
- Assist in organising company events and team activities.
Requirements -

- Good understanding of local demographic

- Monday, Friday, Saturday
- 21 hours per week (pro rata)
Salary and Benefits
- Basic Salary: £12,075 – £14,700 (OTE £16,735)
- Holiday: 15 days
