Newstaff Employment Services Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary on behalf of our client based in Twickenham.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months legal secretarial experience, ideally within a property department, though other practice areas are considered.
The Role:
• Providing full secretarial support to conveyancing solicitors, to include diary management, booking appointments and liaising with clients
• Audio transcription
• Manage client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other third parties.
• Dealing with all telephone enquiries
• Conduct administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
The Candidate:
• Previous conveyancing legal secretarial experience gained within a legal environment is ideal.
• Fast accurate typing
• Audio typing skills and experience
• Dictation experience
• Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Ability to work well to deadlines in a busy office
• Flexible and adaptable and friendly team player
Monday to Friday 9.30 am - 5.30 pm
Salary: £31,000 pa - £33,000 pa + Benefits
