Our Senior Chefs have worked in some of London's finest Michelin star restaurants and they want to train the next generation of chefs.. What we’re looking for:. - Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section.. - Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health & safety.. - Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.. - Supervise and train commis chefs and other junior staff.. - Ensure that mise en place is completed before service.. - Communicate effectively with other sections and kitchen management.. - Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef with menu development and planning.. - Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner.. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station. . .
