- Ensure regional venues comply with statutory and company standards.
- Manage property surveying programs, including minor and major projects.

Profile
The successful candidate will have proven experience managing multi-site property developments within the hospitality or leisure sector, supported by ideally a relevant professional qualification (e.g., RICS, MBEng, CIOB). They'll demonstrate strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to make decisive, innovative decisions while maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships and a commitment to honesty and integrity.
