About the Role

In this role, you will:

Take on a mix of property transactions, supporting existing clients while building your own portfolio.
Develop long-lasting, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
Play an active role in business development, raising the team's profile and bringing in new opportunities.

What We're Looking For

A Solicitor or Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives (FCILEX) with 0-3 years' PQE.
A strong understanding of property law, with experience in property transactions.
A client-focused, proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
A passion for business development and the drive to contribute to the growth of the team.
Flexibility to attend the Truro office regularly.
