We’re looking for motivated, ambitious individuals who want to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you’ll work closely with clients to help them buy, sell, let, or rent properties across London.
This is a commission-only role, with no income cap. Realistic OTE is £75,000+, and top earners make in excess of £100,000. If you're hungry to succeed, this is your chance to take control of your income and career.
Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance
- Negotiate deals and manage offers from start to finish
- Keep up with market trends and local property values
- Create compelling property listings with strong descriptions and imagery
- Handle contracts, referencing, and compliance
- Ensure an excellent client experience throughout every interaction
- Use CRM and digital tools to manage leads and appointments

- Tech-savvy – confident using email, apps, CRMs, and digital marketing platforms
Desirable (but not required):
- Previous experience in sales, lettings, or customer-facing roles
- Knowledge of London property market or lettings legislation
- Experience using property CRM systems (e.g., Rentman, Jupix, Reapit, etc.)
- Multilingual abilities – a strong advantage in a diverse city like London
- A full UK driving licence (useful but not essential)
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be aged 18 or over
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Willing to work on a commission-only basis
- Ready to work full-time hours and take ownership of your performance
