Property Valuer - Annual Salary: up to £23,500 basic, with achievable £45k OTE

Day-to-day of the role: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Focus on generating new business and securing repeat business by effectively marketing properties and gaining new instructions.
- Utilise various marketing skills to present properties attractively to potential buyers.
- Prepare detailed and appealing brochures for each property, including photographs and written descriptions.
- Engage in local area canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping to promote available properties and services.
- Ensure all properties meet health and safety standards and complete contracts efficiently.
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in property valuation or a similar role within real estate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong marketing and sales skills to effectively promote properties.
- Motivation to achieve sales targets and earn commission.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed for property visits and client meetings.
