Role Requirements:
Experience:
- 8+ years PQE in commercial property, ideally with experience in renewables
- Proven track record advising on land options, leases and project acquisitions
- Comfortable managing complex transactions and leading client relationships
- Experience working with cross-border teams and national clients is a plus
Skills:
- Confident in supervising junior lawyers and contributing to team development
- Clear communicator with a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Commercially aware and proactive in business development
- Able to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure
