Real Estate Finance Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE sought for a leading City firm
The Opportunity
Our client is a full-service commercial law firm, looking to make a growth hire into their Real Estate Finance team.
The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of secured lending matters, focusing primarily on representing lenders in bridging and commercial real estate finance transactions. The work will include:
- Drafting and negotiating loan documents
- Managing third-party mortgages and deeds of priority
- Liasing with borrowers' solicitors and other stakeholders
- Reviewing legal packs and titles swiftly and accurately
- Advising on title insurance and risk management issues
You'll be joining a high-performing, collaborative team with a consistent workflow and strong administrative and paralegal support.
The role offers the opportunity to strengthen existing client relationships whilst also laying the foundation to build your own portfolio.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' PQE, spent predominantly in a Real estate Finance role
- Experience acting for lenders in single representation transactions
- Experience dealing with bridging/secured lending transactions advantageous
- Interest and proven ability in business development
