A leading, well-established Estate Agent based in Leeds is seeking a proactive and driven Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress within a market-leading agency, working in a fast-paced environment with excellent career prospects.
The Sales Negotiator will play a key role in driving property sales and enhancing client relationships. The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, a strong communicator, and be capable of working effectively under pressure within a target-driven environment. They will be responsible for managing viewings, valuations, and liaising with vendors and buyers to ensure successful property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
· Schedule viewings, surveys, and valuations for potential buyers and vendors.
· Facilitate appointments between Financial Consultants and clients.
· Refresh and generate conveyancing leads to increase sales.
· Conduct regular competitor research, prospecting, and canvassing for new business.
· Maintain regular contact with vendors to provide feedback and updates.
· Ensure potential buyers are matched with properties that meet their needs and arrange follow-up viewings.
· Prepare valuation sheets, sales particulars, and make any necessary amendments.
· Undertake property viewings when requested by clients or the team.
· Keep property listings up-to-date and manage the “For Sale” boards and window displays.
· Qualify all potential vendors and purchasers using agreed documentation.
· Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and enthusiastic approach at all times.
Essential Criteria:
· Experience: Previous experience in sales or estate agency roles is highly desirable.
· Car Driver: A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are required due to the nature of the role.
· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
· Organisation: Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
· Sales Ability: Proven track record in sales or similar target-driven environments.
· Presentation: Always well-presented in line with the company's dress code.
